I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. My husband ordered the pineapple fried rice, and I ordered the pad see ew. We also ordered pot stickers as an appetizer. Unfortunately, all of the food was very poor. The pineapple fried rice lacked flavor, and my pad see ew was even worse. It had almost no flavor at all and had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it seem as though something was spoiled. After taking a few bites, I immediately started feeling sick. The pot stickers were also overcooked and not enjoyable. We politely brought our concerns to our server, an older gentleman, hoping he would help resolve the situation. Instead, his response was dismissive and rude. He simply said, “Well, you ordered it,” followed by, “Other people order it and don’t have a problem with it.” That response was unprofessional and did nothing to address our concerns. He never apologized, offered to replace the dish, or suggested any solution. It was clear he didn’t care about our experience. I understand that not every meal will be perfect, but customer service is what makes the difference. Unfortunately, both the food and the service fell far b

Such AMAZING food. They were so kind and hospitable and coming from a person that was flight and moving around for over 16 hours, they allowed me some additional time to relax when they didn’t have to. Please support them!

First time trying this place. We got a couple of lunch specials, one Pad Thai and another Pad See Ew. We also tried the Pork Jerky. Everything was good. Nothing outstanding but all was what I was looking for. I'd say the Pad See Ew was the most flavorful. My wife liked the Pork Jerky. It was a comfortable environment and the staff were nice.

Got the spicy basil lunch special with won ton soup. A bit of a soupy mess. Barely basil but tons of Thai chilis. Not a lot of flavor outside of the chilis. $2 up charge for shrimp and had four pieces. Wontons were a bit heavy but you get two of them and the broth was mostly warm cabbage juice. Should’ve taken a photo with everything but the veggies were just a quarter of a pepper and maybe a quarter of an onion. You have to pay a tip to check out online for pick up only service. The egg roll was alright at least!
